- Do you handle plans and municipal approvals?
- We coordinate with your architect and the relevant local authority as part of project delivery. If you do not yet have approved drawings, we can point you to the professionals you need and manage the submission process alongside the build programme.
- Can you build an addition while we still live in the house?
- Yes. Additions and extensions are a large part of our residential work and we plan them around occupancy — phasing the work, isolating the construction zone, and managing dust, noise and access so the household keeps running.
