New builds are won and lost in the programme. We sequence the trades so that following work is never waiting on preceding work, procure long-lead items early, and report progress against a baseline programme every reporting cycle.
You get one point of accountability. Rather than managing an architect, a bricklayer, an electrician, a plumber and a roofer separately, you deal with us — and we carry the coordination risk.

- Do you act as principal contractor?
- Yes. On new builds we take the principal contractor role — coordinating all trades, running the health and safety regime, managing the programme, and carrying single-point accountability for delivery.
- How long does a new build take?
- It depends entirely on size, complexity and approvals. We give you a programme with milestone dates as part of the quote, and report progress against that baseline throughout the build rather than giving a vague estimate up front.
- Do you work from our architect's drawings?
- Yes. We build to your approved drawings and specification, and will raise buildability or cost issues during pricing rather than after work has started.
